Youth stabbed again after returning from jail, seriously injured

Another stabbing incident on the day of his release from jail on bail. A similar violent incident has taken place in Jhakrapali village under Khaprakhol police station, Bhanpur panchayat. It is alleged that Swatthala Panda of Turla village was attacked with a knife by Prakash Singh Bariha of Jhakrapali village from behind. The locals brought the seriously injured Swatthala to Khaprakhol hospital, and the police have arrested the accused Prakash. Police sources have revealed that the accused has been jailed twice in the past for stabbing incidents. On June 15, he attacked a youth from Bhaludunguri village with a knife and was released on bail today after spending about five months in jail. However, the incident of committing such an attack again has raised questions about the fear of law and crime control. The public has strongly condemned such violent behavior of the accused and has demanded a mental health check and strict punishment as per the law.
